Tom Parrish MRICS Director

Tom is principally involved in the agency side of the business, generating new income opportunities for clients, and is the partner responsible for the firm’s Management Mandates.

Prior to setting up Arc he spent 12 years working in the London property market for leading consultancy firms CB Richard Ellis and Cluttons LLP, where he professionally qualified and has since continued to build upon an impressive client base.

Tristan Davis MRICS

Tristan is responsible for providing Professional Services to the firm’s clients.

Prior to joining Arc Partners, he was an Associate Director at a Docklands based property consultancy, which represented the network interests of the mobile operators. This knowledge and experience gained has given him a unique and in-depth understanding of the requirements of occupiers, tenants, and network service providers alike.

Tristan has an honours degree in Surveying and is a Chartered Surveyor.

Katherine Anderson LLB

Katherine provides professional services to the firm’s clients.

Katherine joined Arc Partners in 2011 after working in legal advisory for various Central Government departments, including DEFRA and the Home Office.

Her experience and skills have proved to be a good fit with surveying. As well as providing professional services to the firm’s clients, she keeps Tom and Tristan in check…

Andrew Cheesbrough

Andrew’s focus is professional services.

He is the company’s authority on build, install, and  project management. This is borne out of over 20 years’ experience working ‘Operator’ side in the UK and Australia, before, luckily for Arc, moving into landlord representation in 2019. Andy has brought a strong technical knowledge base to the team, and is the lead on rural, housing association, and hospitality sector clients.

Andy Gardner

Andy has developed the company’s renewable offering.

He is instrumental in assessing client property portfolios for battery storage, EV, solar PV and wind energy. Andy has delivered on several high profile projects, and has been quick to identify renewable opportunities across the burgeoning low carbon economy.

Andy has over 15 years of experience in the renewables sector and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company. 

Lucy Douglas GDL LPC

Lucy is legally trained and has a background in site acquisition and property development.

She readily admits to enjoying the negotiation aspects of her role, whether it be with tenants, clients or her contemporaries – in no particular order….!

Amelia Stevens

Amelia is a director and company secretary

She is involved with the business day-to-day, and holds the purse strings!

Hercules joined us seven years ago and has many roles around the office. He looks after the pantry, but he is also responsible for welcoming guests and is our security officer.
