- Step 1. Place an order for the number of backpacks needed for a first-time purchase. Add the total number of backpacks needed to the cart (minimum of 5 required for new orders, no minimum for reorders) and then complete payment. If you are unsure on the quantities needed or just want to get started on the design process, please place a refundable order for Sublimated Design Deposit.
- Step 2. Our expert designer will email you within 1 business day to begin the designing process. The designing timeline usually takes 1-3 days to complete depending on the scope of the design needed.
- Step 3. Once you have approved the design and sent us the sizing list your order is submitted to production. Turnaround time is typically 4-6 weeks. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment progress.
