This Inspired by Gibson model continues that tradition, delivering vintage-inspired sound and playability with refined features for today’s guitarist.
Crafted from solid mahogany, the SG Standard’s double-cutaway body combines lightweight comfort with robust tonal character. The SlimTaper C-profile neck, also made from mahogany, offers a smooth, fast feel, while the bound laurel fingerboard with pearloid trapezoid inlays adds both style and functionality. A 12-inch fingerboard radius and 22 medium jumbo frets ensure effortless chording and bending.
At its core, the SG Standard features ProBucker 2 and ProBucker 3 pickups for a wide tonal palette. The neck pickup delivers rich, creamy tones, while the hotter bridge pickup cuts through with precision and bite. Independent volume and tone controls provide detailed sonic adjustments, while the Grover Rotomatic tuners and LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge ensure rock-solid stability.
Dressed in the bold and classic TV Yellow finish, this SG Standard makes a statement on stage and off. A premium gig bag is included for convenient transport and protection.
