Zo gebruik je het

  1. Doe een handje van de stoombloemen in een kom en giet er 1 liter heet water overheen.

  2. Leun rustig over de kom en bedek je hoofd met een handdoek zodat de stoom goed kan circuleren.

  3. Sluit je ogen en adem 5 tot 10 minuten rustig in en uit.

Pepermuntblad (Mentha Piperita), goudsbloem (Calendula Officinalis) en kamillebloemen (Chamomilla Recutita).

The lighter bag is the size this listing is supposed to be (that I owned previously) and the smaller one is the one I was sent. That being said the smaller bag is super cute and so similar to the Brooklyn bag! Just be aware that it does not match the listing :)
