Non solo spumanti: Roberto Gatti produce infatti anche un vino bianco piacevole e fresco utilizzando le uve pi adatte a questa tipologia provenienti dai vari appezzamenti di propriet sparsi a macchia di leopardo un po in tutto il territorio.

Giallo paglierino, al naso esprime belle note floreali impreziosite da richiami di mela golden. Fresco, sapido, deciso, in bocca spicca per equilibrio e finezza. Ottimo anche il finale, pulito e persistente.

Non solo spumanti: Roberto Gatti produce infatti anche un vino bianco piacevole e fresco utilizzando le uve più adatte a questa tipologia provenienti dai vari appezzamenti di proprietà sparsi a macchia di leopardo un po in tutto il territorio. Quello che ne deriva è un vino floreale e delicato, dimostrazione di quanto di buono la Franciacorta è in grado di regalare anche con questa tipologia così poco diffusa.

Ottimo aperitivo, il Curtefranca di Ferghettina ben si abbina a primi piatti a base di pesce. Da provare con una pasta con la bottarga.
