Unlock expanded printing versatility with the Lexmark Specialty Media Drawer, a dedicated feeding solution designed to handle narrow and custom-size media that sits beyond the reach of standard paper trays. This innovative accessory is engineered to feed quantities of media with precision, flexibility, and reliability, enabling you to print on envelopes, labels, custom sheets, and other non-standard media without reloading or manual intervention. The drawer provides full envelope support and accommodates a wide range of sizes in 1 mm increments—from a compact 76.2 mm x 123.8 mm (3 in. x 4 7/8 in.) to a larger 215.9 mm x 355.6 mm (8.5 in. x 14 in.). By isolating specialty media feeding in its own drawer, you can achieve improved consistency, fewer jams, and a smoother workflow, even in busy office environments or design studios where precision and efficiency matter most. If you print on unusual formats, quick-turnaround envelopes, or custom-sized sheets, this drawer becomes a crucial extension of your Lexmark printing ecosystem, enabling you to produce professional results with minimal setup and maximum control.

  • Extends feeding capability beyond the standard paper tray to accommodate narrow and custom-size media, increasing throughput and reducing pauses for reloading. This makes it ideal for offices, design teams, and production environments that routinely handle unique formats and high-volume runs. The Specialty Media Drawer keeps non-standard media separate from everyday print jobs, helping to minimize misfeeds and interruptions while maintaining the integrity of your standard paper tray workflow.
  • Supports a wide range of media sizes in 1 mm increments—from 76.2 mm x 123.8 mm up to 215.9 mm x 355.6 mm (3 in. x 4 7/8 in. to 8.5 in. x 14 in.). This precise sizing capability enables you to print on envelopes, custom labels, postcard-sized sheets, and legal-sized documents without sacrificing alignment or print quality. The incremental adjustment ensures you can fine-tune media placement for perfect margins and crisp, professional results every time.
  • Encompasses full envelope support, allowing you to feed a variety of envelope types and weights directly through the drawer. Whether you’re sending out client correspondence, marketing mailers, or internal communications, you’ll benefit from consistent feed reliability, clean edges, and fewer jams compared to improvising with the standard tray. The envelope compatibility is designed to streamline workflows where mailers and direct mail pieces are part of daily operations.
  • Features adjustable guides and robust construction to promote precise alignment and reduced skew. The guides lock into place to hold media securely during feeding, helping to ensure accurate margins, consistent print alignment, and better overall print quality across a range of media formats. The sturdy build supports repeated use in busy environments, delivering reliability you can count on for long print runs.
  • Designed for seamless integration with Lexmark printers and compatible systems, the Specialty Media Drawer minimizes the need for software tweaks or driver changes. By providing a dedicated loading path for specialty media, it helps preserve print quality, maintain consistent output, and optimize printer performance. The result is a smoother, more efficient printing experience for teams that frequently work with non-standard formats and envelopes.

How to install Lexmark Specialty Media Drawer

  • Power down the printer and unplug the power cord before beginning the installation to ensure safe handling and avoid damage to the device.
  • Locate the dedicated connection area for the Specialty Media Drawer on your Lexmark printer. If your model uses a removable drawer port, remove any existing accessory or tray that would conflict with the new drawer.
  • Carefully align the drawer with the connector and slide it into place until it seats securely. You should hear or feel a click indicating a proper connection.
  • Extend and adjust the side guides to match the width of the media you intend to print. Tighten or lock the guides to hold the media securely in position without bowing or skewing during feeding.
  • Load your non-standard media into the drawer, ensuring it lies flat and is properly aligned with the guides. Close the drawer or secure any media clamps as required by your model.
  • Power on the printer and perform a test print using a sample of the intended media. Check margins, alignment, and edge quality. If adjustments are needed, refine the guides and retry until the output meets your standards.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
