Violet, small red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) make up its bouquet of a marked typicity. As it ages, our Chambolle Musigny evolves towards spicy ripe fruit, prune, or truffle. Its fleshy delicacy does not prevent it from retaining a solid and durable structure. Quite mellow, not very acidic, its tannins remain caressing.
