Alambique Serrano "3 Años" Single Origin Oaxacan RumAged for a minimum of three years in new French Oak, this first edition of Alambique Serrano 3 Aos is a 12 cask blend of pot and Krassel column still rum. It has been gently brought to a bottling proof of 46. 1% abv with distilled water sourced from the Ro Blanco of Santa Maria Tlalixtac. Like all Alambique Serrano rums, 3 Aos was distilled from naturally fermented cane juice harvested from the steep hillsides of the region. It has been bottled with

ripened red berries

cherries and cranberries mingling with anise

and tropically aged for over eight years at the estate with nothing but their own spring water added

There is a smoke and honey scent in the nose with fresh notes of pear and pear syrup underneath

or as a showstopping base in classic tiki and spirit-forward cocktails

Amaras Verde is equally at home in creative cocktails—margaritas
