Die BB Cream deckt zuverlässig Rötungen ab und gleicht einen unruhigen Hautton aus. Zudem hat sie pflegende und beruhigende Eigenschaften - für ein mattiertes, ebenmäßiges Hautbild.
Hauptwirkstoffe:
- Jojobaöl (simmondsia chinensis, buxsus chinensis) wird aus den Blättern des Jojobastrauches gewonnen. Jojobaöl enthält besonders viel Provitamin A und Vitamin E und wirkt entzündungshemmend, beruhigend und pflegend. Es hat darüber hinaus einen natürlichen SPF von 4.
- Weizenkeimöl (triticum vulgare) enthält Vitamine, Fettsäuren und Phytohormone, es macht die Haut geschmeidig, weich und elastisch und sofort straffer.
- Maiskeimöl (zea mays oil) hat eine entzündungshemmende, reizlindernde und beruhigende Wirkung.
- Shea-Butter (vitellaria paradoxa) wird aus der Kariténuss gewonnen und ist besonders pflegend, wundpflegend, regenerierend und schützt die Hautzellen.
- Bienenwachs wirkt schützend und pflegend besonders bei rissiger und spröder Haut.
- Panthenol verstärkt nachweislich die Barrierefunktion der Haut, erhöht die Fähigkeit der Hornschicht, Wasser zu binden und verbessert ihre Elastizität. Es fördert nachweislich die Zellneubildung, die Durchblutung wird vermindert; Hautrötungen klingen ab, Juckreiz wird reduziert.
- Allantoin hat wundheilungsfördernde Eigenschaften. Es beschleunigt den Zellaufbau, die Zellregeneration und die Zellbildung, wirkt hautglättend, feuchtigkeitsspendend und hautberuhigend. Weiterhin wirkt Allantoin Hautirritationen und ist damit auch für sensitive und allergische Haut geeignet.
- Süßholzextrakt (Glycyrrhiza Glabra Root Extract): wirkt beruhigend, entzündungshemmend und antibakteriell. Er ist zudem reich an Antioxidantien, die die Haut schützen und kann besonders bei trockener oder zu Ekzemen neigender Haut Schüppchenbildung verringern und die Haut wieder geschmeidig machen.
- Alpha-Bisabolol ist der Hauptbestandteil des Öles der echten Kamille. Es verfügt über entzündungshemmende, regenerierende und desinfizierende Eigenschaften.
- Salicylsäure wirkt kerytolytisch trägt also die oberste Hautschicht sanft ab und beschleunigt und verbessert die Zellerneuerung. Alte Verhornungen und Hautschüppchen werden gelöst, die Poren geklärt und überschüssiger Talg kann abfließen. Die Poren können sich verfeinern und pickelverursachende Bakterien werden reduziert.
- Hyaluronsäure wird mittlerweile biotechnologisch hergestellt. Man verwendet niedermolekulares Hyaluron, um in die tieferen Hautschichten zu gelangen und hochmolekulares, um die feuchtigkeitsbindende Wirkung auf der Oberhaut zu haben. In Verbindung mit Wasser hinterlässt Hyaluronsäure auf der Haut einen viskoelastischen, nicht klebrigen und unsichtbaren Film. Dadurch wird der Feuchtigkeitshaushalt der Haut reguliert. Durch diese starke Feuchtigkeitsbindung erscheint die Haut wesentlich glatter und praller.

Inexpensive and Effective

I’ve struggled with dry sensitive skin and eczema my entire life and this is now my ride or die facial moisturizer. It’s so much less expensive than luxury brands that I have tried and works better. It absorbs so well, leaves no residue, and a small amount goes a long way.
I will say, if you have an active eczema flare it can sting a tiiiiny bit but that’s an eczema thing. It causes zero irritation or inflammation there’s just some sensation as it goes on.
Vanicream as a brand in general is soooo eczema friendly. Life changing.

This stuff works nicely

So I don't typically leave reviews, but I feel like this lotion has been fantastic to me. I typically don't use lotion because I hate the feel, but my face really needed it. I have dry/oily skin. My skin gets gross and flaky, yet it's pretty oily. I've always dealt with it. I decided to go ahead and buy this stuff because I couldn't take my dry skin. It helps soooo much and you barely need any. I use a dime sized amount and really focus on my problem areas. It lasts all day, not too thick and not too watery. Not greasy at all for me and soaks in very nicely. Again, it lasts all day and I don't need touch ups, even on bad skin days. I don't ever break out and it's never clogged my pores, but to be fair I've never really had skin that's broken out much before. The one thing I did notice, before using this stuff I started noticing more fine lines around my eyes/forehead. I've been using this stuff for about a year and you can barely see them anymore. I have haven't changed my diet, it's pretty atrocious honestly, so I really feel this lotion has worked wonders on its own. Also I still have a decent amount left in the bottle and I bought it almost a year ago. I'm going to try their body lotion next. Hope this helps, or at least give it a whirl!

My rosacea approves

I have Rosacea, dry, sensitive, reactive skin and perimenopausal skin. My rosacea products tends to dry my already dry skin and this has been been a great moisturizer. My skin looks dewy, dullness and dryness have improved in just 2 days; I haven't reacted with sting and redness like I usually do and when I wake up I still have a dewy not greasy face even though I sleep on my sides and toss and turn all night. Definitely going to buy again since the bottle size is good, a lil goes a long way and does not make my face react like the CeraVe.

Your makeup won't get ruined! ❤️

I'm new to skincare and I didn't know we were supposed to wear sunscreen! 😱 Turns out it's arguably the most important step of skincare.
First, I like the texture of this sunscreen. It's not greasy, it's velvety and smooth. It feels nice on my skin.
I used this for the first time yesterday, and I just want those of you to know who are considering buying this, it applies well against makeup! That was one of my main concerns. I did my skincare with this sunscreen as a final step, then put on my makeup. The sunscreen acted as a primer, honestly, so I skipped primer. When I reapplied the sunscreen hours later, my makeup didn't smear! Instead I had a nice, healthy glow to my skin. I actually think it enhanced my makeup; my makeup seemed to last longer than usual. If you find yourself to be TOO glowy after a while, just apply a bit of translucent powder and your makeup will stretch even longer.
Bonus: It fits nicely in your purse! Good for people like me with a million things they insist on carrying around.

Daily Staple Sunscreen

I’ve been really impressed with this sunscreen—it’s become a daily staple for my face and hands. The SPF 70 gives great peace of mind, especially with regular sun exposure, and it feels lightweight rather than heavy or greasy.
It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave that thick white cast, which is a huge plus for everyday wear. On my face, it layers well under makeup without pilling, and on my hands, it doesn’t feel sticky or transfer onto everything I touch.
